Rostek UK Commissions at Kelvin Energy Recovery Facility
Rostek UK is pleased with the successful commissioning of one of our 2-person suspended access cradles at the Kelvin Energy Recovery Facility in West Bromwich.
This latest installation demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality access solutions for complex industrial environments.
Following commissioning, the cradle is now fully operational and ready to support ongoing inspection, maintenance, and servicing activities across the facility
One of the standout images from the project shows the access cradle positioned alongside one of the site’s large orange peel grabs.
The comparison provides a striking visual representation of the scale of the infrastructure within the energy recovery facility and highlights the importance of specialist access equipment in enabling safe working at height.
Supporting Safe and Efficient Maintenance
Energy recovery facilities operate around critical equipment that requires regular inspection and maintenance to ensure continued performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Accessing these areas can present significant challenges due to height, restricted access, and the scale of the structures involved.
Our 2-person suspended access cradle has been designed to provide a secure and efficient working platform, allowing maintenance teams to carry out essential tasks safely while minimising disruption to site operations.
